Update from 01.22.26:
Hello church family! As the winter weather draws closer, and the impacts of the winter storm and forecasts have become more clear, we have decided to make changes to our schedule for Sunday, January 25, 2026. Sunday School will be cancelled at 9:15am, but we will still have Sunday Worship at 10:30am. Even though we will have an in-person worship service, we strongly encourage everyone to consider their safety regarding travel that morning. Our service will be live-streamed on our website, fbcada.org, and on our YouTube page, youtube.com/@fbcada, so you can watch from home if you feel unsure about traveling to the church. If weather conditions continue to deteriorate over the weekend, we will consult with church leadership on making any additional decisions. If anything else changes regarding Sunday Worship, we will push this information out via media, social media, text, email, and our website. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these circumstances, and stay safe and warm over the next few days! Due to the inclement weather this weekend, we are going to postpone the potluck meal and business meeting until Feb. 1 at 5:00 p.m. Please remember to sign up for the meal by calling the church office at 580-332-4121, and let us know if you are going to bring food. The meal will take place at 5:00 p.m. in the Dining Room, and the Worship/Business meeting will follow directly after at 5:45 p.m. in the sanctuary.
