Car Show Details:
Registration 9:00 AM -10:30 AM,
Judging 10:30 AM - 12:00 NOON
Award presentation 1:30 PM*
*There will be awards for first and second place in each class. We have a revamped judging and award presentation from last year. There will also be trailer parking available.
• Cost $20 (pre-register) or $25 (day of event).
• Classes:
• Cars: 1900-1929, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000+.
• Trucks: 1900-1950, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000+.
• Additional Classes: Daily Driver, Muscle Car, Roadster, Original, Restored to Stock, Rat Rod, Family Cruiser, Street-Strip, Import, Jeep, Domestic Motorcycle, Import Motorcycle, and 4x4.

Vendors can reserve a booth* in one of two sizes:
8X8 $40
8X16 $60
*All booths must be reserved by February 26, 2025.
All vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and a spot will not be held until payment has been received! Electricity will also be first come first served.
Booth Set up will be Friday Night 3/28 or Saturday Morning 3/29. All booths must be set up by 8:45am on Saturday.

Golf Tournament Details:
*THIS EVENT IS HELD SEPARATELY ON MONDAY, MARCH 31ST
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Oak Hills Country Club, 519 N Country Club Road, Ada
*4 man scramble
*Cost is per team
*Mulligans will be available for purchase.
*Lunch is provided.
*Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase.
*Longest drive competition, closest to the pin, & seated drive contests.
*All proceeds support our student summer camps.
3v3 Basketball Tournament Details:
- 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Check-in will be at 12:30 PM)
- Activity Building & Gym, FBC
- $40 per team (limit of 4 players total)
- Teams of 3 will be divided into
13 and Under
14-18
19 & Up
- Team slots are limited so sign up early!
Talent Show Details:
Our stage plans to have local choirs performing and talents competing throughout the day. If you would like to perform in the talent show, please sign up below and we will get back to you with more information! Time slots are limited, and talents should be 5 mins or less.
BBQ Contest Details:
Do you have a good BBQ recipe that you know could potentially be Ada's BEST??? Come bring your best meat (and a side and dessert) to enter into our contest! You will need to be set up by 10:30 AM and our Spring Festival attendees will have the opportunity to sample your BBQ and vote between 11am and 1pm. The winners (1 in each category) will be announced at our Car Show Awards at 1:30pm, and they will win a plaque and bragging rights!
