Join us on Saturday, March 29th for a full day of family fun for all ages! All proceeds from this event will help to fund our 2025 Summer Camps for Grades K-12. Come have fun and support our students!!

Car Show Details:


Registration 9:00 AM -10:30 AM,

Judging 10:30 AM - 12:00 NOON

Award presentation 1:30 PM*

*There will be awards for first and second place in each class. We have a revamped judging and award presentation from last year. There will also be trailer parking available.

  •  Cost $20 (pre-register) or $25 (day of event).

  •  Classes:

  •  Cars: 1900-1929, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000+.

  •  Trucks: 1900-1950, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000+.

  •  Additional Classes: Daily Driver, Muscle Car, Roadster, Original, Restored to Stock, Rat Rod, Family Cruiser, Street-Strip, Import, Jeep, Domestic Motorcycle, Import Motorcycle, and 4x4.

Vendors can reserve a booth* in one of two sizes:

8X8 $40

8X16 $60

*All booths must be reserved by February 26, 2025.

 

All vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis and a spot will not be held until payment has been received! Electricity will also be first come first served.


Booth Set up will be Friday Night 3/28 or Saturday Morning 3/29. All booths must be set up by 8:45am on Saturday.

Golf Tournament Details:


*THIS EVENT IS HELD SEPARATELY ON MONDAY, MARCH 31ST

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Oak Hills Country Club, 519 N Country Club Road, Ada


*4 man scramble

*Cost is per team

*Mulligans will be available for purchase.

*Lunch is provided.

*Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase.

*Longest drive competition, closest to the pin, & seated drive contests.

*All proceeds support our student summer camps.

3v3 Basketball Tournament Details:


  • 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Check-in will be at 12:30 PM)
  • Activity Building & Gym, FBC
  • $40 per team (limit of 4 players total)
  • Teams of 3 will be divided into
